A small team, one island
We're a small team based on Siargao. We started because friends who'd fallen for the island kept asking us the same thing: how do you find a place here, and how do you know it's real?
One of us visits every property, meets every owner and checks the papers before anything goes on this site. When you message us, the same person helps you: answers your questions, shows you around, and handles the back and forth with the owner until the lease is signed.
We don't own the properties listed and aren't brokers or agents ourselves. Our job is to find, check and present places honestly, and to be the people you can reach.
